I recently booked a two day trip to Siem reap with this company, I can't say enough good things about them . My trip organizer was Wanda Tang . She is amazing and responded to my emails and inquiries right away and came up with a great custom made itinerary for me .when I got to the airport in Siem reap my guide Mr Sothy and the driver mr ya ya were waiting for me . Mr Sothy is very professional and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor, he made my trip to siem reap very memorable and I felt very comfortable as a solo traveler . Mr ya ya my driver is also a very sweet person .
When I got to siem reap Wanda called me and wanted to make sure everything is ok , and I really appreciate it.
I really recommend this company and I will definitely book more trip with them and I want to thank Wanda , mr sothy and ya ya again for everything they did for me .

A big thanks to all the drivers that we had and the unfailing politeness and help of all the wonderful guides we had. From being met (and we were almost two hours late getting out) by the ever smiling, helpful and enthusiastic Tuoi at Ho Chi Minh City airport, then shown the city and its surrounding countryside in the following days. He showed enthusiasm and a love of the city and could answer all our questions.
Then to Andy in Hue - full of good humour and local knowledge, and good places to eat. The cooking school was a big hit especially with my husband. The wonderful lunches we had at every stop were much appreciated as were the cool air conditioned cars and the bottles of cold water at most stops.
Quang in Hanoi was another excellent choice to take us around his beautiful city, and give us some very good restaurants to visit. As was the lovely Mong in Luang Prabang in Laos. She took us to some beautiful places and we especially enjoyed the early morning monk's almsgiving and the trips to the local markets. She had a number of good restaurants for us in the evenings, and a great trip to the local waterfall. The resort there was another I would go back to. Very peaceful and restful.
Our final stop was in Cambodia to Siem Reap and the long awaited visit to Angkor Wat. Our guide Savy was excellent and he managed to get us around while avoiding the worst of the crowds. His expertise as a photographer previously, made him an ideal person to show us where to get the best camera shots too.
All in all a wonderful trip, the pickups from airports, checking us in at hotels and purchasing tickets went without a hitch. All the guides were quick to translate for us and liaise at the hotels, warn us of scams and generally keep an eye on us.
The hotels were mostly all good, especially the Eldora in Hue which was outstanding. Andy also had some nice restaurants for us to visit.
The Liberty Central Riverside in Ho Chi Minh was lovely and the staff extremely good. The late checkout on the day we left was much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.
The Hotel Trendy in Hanoi was a lovely place to stay and the staff there actually chased up and got a refund from a taxi driver whom we knew had taken us on an extremely roundabout way to a restaurant - they should be aware that most of us have GPS on our phones!
All in all a wonderful holiday and I have been loudly singing IOT's praises.
Thank you very much and I hope we can travel with you again.

IOT THAILAND, CAMBODIA & VIETNAM TOUR: After weeks of intensive internet research we chose INDOCHINA ODDOSSY TOURS. One is usually apprehensive when choosing a tour guide company; what will you be promised, what you will receive? IOT delivers everything they promise. This was our second tour with Odyssey Tours; the first in China was EXCELLENT. IOT offers Flexibility; not only in the day- to day itinerary, but the time period spent in each city, and personal lodging preferences. However, they offer upscale hotels as well. The company is thorough and complete on their offerings. The guides are outstanding; fluent in English, knowledgeable, personally accommodating and overall delightful. The drivers are kind with clean and air conditioned vehicles. The air transport is well coordinated, and airport pick up is perfect with each guide at the exit of the international terminal displaying a sign with your name. You will never be alone with Odyssey. The itinerary is well thought out and the lunch restaurants nice. We love having independent options while traveling. Odyssey Tours offers you as much guidance and independence as you would ever desire. Do NOT travel alone in Asia; the cost is small compared to the benefits. We would HIGLY RECOMMEND IOT!

Our guide, Han Soe, was just great....pleasant, friendly and well informed. He took us all over Yangon, patiently explaining to us the history and significance of what we were seeing. I really like Indochina Odyssey Tours. I've travelled with them twice and find them to be a good company to work with.

Wanda at Indochina Odyssey Tours provided us with a totally fantastic 21 day tour for 4 (2 couples) of Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos in January 2016. All the arrangements were top notch, from the the excellent drivers and English-speaking guides to the friendly, quiet, safe, comfortable and conveniently located hotels, and the tasty set-menu lunches while on tour.I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone and would not hesitate to book another adventure through them in the near future.

Very much enjoyed our short visit to Ho Chi Minh City as part of our 3 week tour of Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos as arranged for us by Wanda @ Indochina Odyssey Tours.
This vibrant exotic city was a favourite for us - from dodging the myriad of motorbikes coming in hoards from all directions, including driving on the sidewalks when the roads were jammed, to enjoying the street scenes, street foods and vendors all over the place.
Our hotel (Sanouva) was in a terrific quiet, safe, comfortable neighbourhood in Sector 1 just a few steps from the action of the Night Food Market and the wild Binh Tay Market as well as many other attractions. Our private drivers and our guide, (Mr. Tuoi) were terrific. The daily set menu lunches in local restaurants were divine and and the daily itineraries were full, complete, interesting and a lot of fun.
This city is as close to the chaos of Delhi or Mumbai that you can get.
We loved it, and we loved the Odyssey tour.

Had a very enjoyable time in Hanoi and the World Heritage site of Halong Bay (overnight cruise on Bhaya Classic 3) as arranged for us by Wanda @ Indochina Odyssey Tours., January 2016.
From the friendly, efficient and punctual private drivers and English-speaking local guides to the friendly, quiet, safe, comfortable and ideally located 3 and 4* star hotels, to the excellent set menu luncheons daily in local restaurants and full exciting daily itineraries as scheduled for us, our trip could not have been more enjoyable despite the unseasonably cold and rainy weather in North Vietnam.

We had a 4 night stay recently (January 2016) in Luang Prabang as a part of our 3 week tour of Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos arranged for us by Wanda @ Indochina Odyssey Tours. We stayed at the lovely first class Santi Resort & Spa - 4 km. out of city centre ( a short tuktuk ride or free shuttle to the downtown sister hotel right on the edge of the bustling night market). The hotel, magnificent grounds, gazebos and ponds were as nice as anywhere.
Our guide "Jack" (Mr. Manosinh) was terrific. As well as an excellent & informative tour guide, he had been a monk for a short time so was able to share many things about the Buddhist culture with us-including escorting us to see the unique daily early morning (sun up) alms -giving ritual where locals and tourists alike line the streets to give food and drinks to the myriad of monks who walk the sidewalks outside their temples to collect their rations for the day.
We had boat rides on Tonie Sap Lake and a hike up Mt. Phousi to watch sunset as well as tours of all the waterfalls, temples, pagodas and other attractions.
The people were very friendly and the pace very calm ("sabay sabay") compared to such wild cities as Saigon and Hanoi.
It was a very enjoyable place and we recommend you go see it.

Just came back from a 16 days in Vietnam. I was going to do everything myself, transfers from airport, booking of hotels, tours etc. and then I thought I would ask for quotes from different agencies. I received three proposals but Wanda from OIT was the one that understood what I wanted. It was our first experience with an agency and I did not want a guide 24/7. She submitted a schedule that took us from Ha Noi to Saigon. It was flawless. Everything was exactly as described. We had three different guides. Mr. Duc, Ms Thu and Ms Hanh. They were charming, warm, they knew their respective tours very well. They each had a great love for their country and history and they shared and made us love and understand Vietnam as well. They were there at the airport, they were on time for the tours. We had great great service from OIT. Thank you to the whole team for priceless memories.

Just wanted to thank you and let you know we had a wonderful time in Vietnam. All your guides and drives were very good and knowledgeable and Wandas help and advise in planning our 17 days in Vietnam. They were always very thoughtful and made sure we were happy with all aspects of our tour and could not do enough to be of assistance.
Hung our guide in Saigon especially was a delight, her enthusiasm and love of her job and country was amazing. We loved our time on the Au Co 1 on Ha Long Bay which was one of the highlights of our holiday.
We will definitely be recommending your company to any one we know who plans to travel to Vietnam.
