Please find below my comments from our trip. I would like to say that both myself and husband had an excellent holiday, hotels were the standard we had requested, all guides and drivers were punctual, friendly and helpful. Having used other tour operators for previous trips I would confidently say that i would have no hesitation in using your services again (possibly a trip to China!). From the moment i sent the initial email you have continued to reply quickly and thoroughly. Two particular guides, Mr Tran van Dung in Hue/Hoian and Mr Ly Heang in Cambodia were outstanding and i would highly recommend them. The cruise in HaLong Bay was excellent standard and given the sad circumstances of the accident not long before we arrived, there were no concerns over our safety. All hotel staffs were friendly and helpful; rooms were clean as were all restaurants. In general both Vietnamese and Cambodian people are very welcoming of tourists and with the excellent organisation from IOT and great guides our trip was excellent.
