Hi Eric

We can not thank you enough for such a wonderful experience in Vietnam and Cambodia. James, Greg and I had the best time. 

The guides, drivers all were great. At the end of each tour section we felt we were staying goodbye to a new friend.  We enjoyed eating at local restaurants which most times our guides had advised us to visit.   

We met so many wonderful people in such a short period of time but we would like to make special mentiuon of 3 guides:

Cambodia
Sovann with his knowledge and love of his country was inspiring. He is a very sincere person and a gentle soul. 

Hoi An - Hue
Phu was knowedgable and a lot of fun and often made we laugh. We enjoyed his company and his local knowledge was also excellent. We had a fun time with him especially the bike leg of the trip. 

Hanoi
Duc was our friend from the minute we met him. He reminded me of my brother. Duc invited us at the end of the last day as his guest to enjoy  a few drinks and local food. We ate Crickets and frogs over a few glasses of Hanoi draught beer.

Indochina Odyssey Tours are the best....you take the time to make every moment special. We were pleased to receive upgrades in 3 of the 6 hotels. In Hoi An we were moved after the first night to a beautiful beachfront bungalow.

I don't know which town we enjoyed more as each had its own flavour and charm.

You will see from my response the only bad part was the only part you had no real control over. (Princess Junk).
