Hi Andrew,
Thanks for your greetings and help on our return transfers in Hanoi. Sorry for a late response but time after returning from holidays has always been hectic and full of work. I will give you some feedback with a pleasure. Please see my comments below.
Additionally I would like to ask one more things from you. We are thinking about visiting China next year for sightseeing. Do you organize such trips? If yes - I would have few questions:
- what is the ideal month to come and a part of the year we should absolutely be not coming?
- what is the exemplary route for 2 weeks?
- is there also a way to merge sightseeing and having a rest on the beach/ mountain/ lake resorts in China?
Many thanks in advance for your perspective on that.
1. What do you think of our guide service? Who impress you best and who impress you poorest?
Overall very good - well organized, very friendly and polite, knowledgeable about places we have been sightseeing and able to facilitate our extra requests well. The best guide we had in In Hue+ Hoian: Mr Nguyen Viet Linh.
He had a great sense of humor and great English with a great accent to follow.
2. What do you think of our driver service?
3. What do you think of the hotel service and their breakfast? Can you please name the best one and the poorest one in your trip?
Best hotel - Saigon Phu Quoc Resort**** - extremely nice locationthat offers all you need for resting - friendly staff, good food, plenty of facilities (e.g. tennis, driving range for playing golf, bicycles) free of charge, nice sandy beach. 2nd best has been Hoi An Riverside - I wish had more time to enjoy its SPA and even swimming pool :)
The worst hotel: Golden Sun Legend Hotel in Hanoi when it comes to the room standard(more like 2* not 4*) and a bit noisy localization but the breakfast was great there, on the other hand. Thus, I would still book this hotel because of its localization opposite to a great and reworded restaurant Madame Hien and the quality breakfasts.
The only suggestion I would have is to look for hotels with outdoor swimming pools in Ho Chi Minh so there is a nice rest opportunity after sightseeing when it is so hot. We were missing this a bit.
4. Which meal makes you memorable? Please name the reason why you like or dislike it?
5. Would you mind sharing your pictures in the trip with us? A brief description of where your photos were taken is highly appreciated so that we can better understand your creation.
Me and my son Michal taking a boat trip on Delta Mekong. It has been so insightful to see how the life of farmers/ fishermen looks like there.
6. Would you like to be our reference by authorizing us to give out your email address?
no problem feel free to give my contact details in case it can help anybody with their travel booking.
Kind Regards,
Iza Hryciuk
