It is also an opportunity to give thanks to Indochina Odyssey Tours and yourself for the beautiful tour that organized for us.
 
Also, We appreciate that you accomplish all your promise in the tour, and you open a door for us if decide in the future to go again for holidays to another country in Asia.

1. Guide Service:
The team was really good and each guide perform his best: In Hanoi Mr. Phuong (Smiley) had time to take us one night, to our request, to visit a traditional local restaurant.
In Hue Mr. Tran Van Dung (Tiger) have an special sense of humor and made us a pleasant run in the car on the way to Hoian. He was very worried because he could not picked us from the airport due a mistake from Vietnam Airlines on the arrival time, but we solve the problem and he picked us from the hotel the next day according with the program.

In Saigon Mr Minh always tried to give us good information and also made our stay in Ho Chi Min very pleasant.

2. Driver Service:
Very impress and all drivers perform very well. The car (van) used in Hue was very good with space to carry inside bags, cameras, etc.

3. Hotels & Breakfasts:
All was good, but the best was in Elios Hotel in Ho Chi Min.

4. Lunches and Dinners:
We enjoy all al the meals that you arranged for us in the local restaurants; but we remember with pleasure My Tho in the way back to Saigon and The Koto in Hanoi that we ask Smily to booked us for lunch.

7. Suggestions:
a. We notice that all the hotels including the boat at Halong Bay, entertain the people during the meals with western music, no one single beautiful Vietnamese music.
b. The standart room of Pho Hoi or Riverside in Hoian have an inappropriate mattress that gave us sore back. (if you have some special requests about the mattress, Please kindly let us know and we will arrange a suitable one for you.)
c. The meals at the boat in Halong bay had too much fried food, sea food, with no traditional Vietnamese food.
d. The best hotel was Duy Tan (superior room) in Hue.
