Sorry for slow reply a big thanks to you and your team. We had a fascinating trip especially Cambodia and Laos.

1. What do you think of our guide service? Who impress you best and who impress you poorest?
Overall very good. Guides in Angkor and Laos the best – nothing too much trouble for them both excellent! The poorest was the guide in Hoi An/Hue he just went through the motions and took us to the wrong hotel in Hoi An. We also had to ask him to go to interesting parts if the Imperial city such as the theatre.

2. What do you think of our driver service?
Most drivers are very good, no seatbelts an issue for us.

3. What do you think of the hotel service and their breakfast? Can you please name the best one and the poorest one in your trip?
Best hotel Angkor Tara breakfast good and Hanoi Elegance 3 good hotel breakfast poor. Worst hotel HCMC hotel.

4. Which meal makes you memorable? Please name the reason why you like or dislike it?
Meals in board the Junk in Halong were all of a high standard… some aspects of the boat though were poor especially the relaxation area on the top deck. Too small for the 3 of us 2 cabins needed. Meal at restaurant after seeing tomb in Hue also was excellent. Great setting. Laos Mekong restaurant also great setting! Meal in Hanoi restaurant from IOT was good and appreciated.
