1. What do you think of our guide service? Who impress you the best and who impress you the poorest?
All 5 guides we had were very good.  Smartly presented, polite and professional.  All knowledgeable on their areas.  The ones who made the biggest impressions were Naren in Siem Reap and Hao in Saigon.  Both very friendly and very informative.  We did feel we were being a little rushed around by Thach in Hue, but that’s just a minor comment!     

2. What do you think of our driver service? 
 Again, all drivers were professional.  Smartly dressed and courteous at all times.  A minibus was provided (for 3 of us) in all locations except Hanoi where we were a little squashed in the back of a car.  All vehicles were clean and well maintained.  One got a puncture but this was changed and we were back on our travels within 15 minutes.

3. What do you think of the hotel service and their breakfast? Can you please name the best one and the poorest one in your trip?
All hotels were very good.  All were clean and smart.  Staff were polite and helpful.  Full buffet breakfasts at all which offered everything.
Best hotels were Saigon Morin in Hue and Tara Angkor in Siem Reap.  I have chosen these 2 above the others for 2 reasons: both gave us a triple bedded room (not a folding 3rd bed) and both provided free internet facilities.

4. Which meal makes you memorable? Please name the reason why you like or dislike it? 
 Like some of the other travellers, we struggled with so many set lunches.  As we are not used to eating mid day, we did waste a lot of food although we had asked for smaller portions.  However, all restaurants were very obliging in providing non-fish dishes at our request.  All meals were well presented.  Some of the restaurants overcharged on the drinks though!
 
5. Would you like to be our reference by authorizing us to give out your email address?
I am happy to provide a reference for your company.  We were delighted with our holiday and the planning by Andrew Wei.  All went without a hitch.  Perfect.

These are just minor points in what was an excellent holiday.  Thank you for making the arrangements and meeting our tight timescales.
