1. What do you think of our guide service? Who impress you best and who impress you poorest? 
 Our guide was knowledgeable about the area and very friendly.  He arrived early each of the 2 mornings before our scheduled meeting time, and dressed very professionally. No one made a poor impression. 
 

 

2. What do you think of our driver service? 
 Our driver was polite and drove safely.
 

3. What do you think of the hotel service and their breakfast? Can you please name the best one and the poorest one in your trip?  The Ree Hotel was very pleasant - comfortable bed, nice pool area, a bit warm in the lobby but it was very hot out (the lobby wasn't AC'd).  We had a drink in the bar one evening and that was fine.  Breakfast was a plentiful buffet, good selections.  It might have been nicer to have been closer in to the town, but it really wasn't a problem.  We were able to take in a tuk-tuk at a reasonable cost and with no problems.  The service personnel were very friendly and helpful.
 

4. Which meal makes you memorable? Please name the reason why you like or dislike it? 
 No meal was particularly outstanding.  We had dinner in town our one night, met friends at a recommended restaurant, but it was more of a coffee/dessert place, with some light meals.  We still stayed to eat, and the food was good, just a more casual atmosphere than we thought we'd be having (Blue Pumpkin).
 

5. Would you mind sharing your pictures in the trip with us? 
 Sure - but I still have them on my camera....
 

6. Would you like to be our reference by authorizing us to give out your email address?
 We would be glad to be a reference for anyone interested.

 I can't think of other comments or suggestions.  We used IOT on the advice of friends, and were very pleased with your service right from your first quick response to our initial query.  Having to rebook twice because of complications with our starting point (Bangkok) turned out to be no problem at all, you were very helpful and accommodating. We've already told others (we just got home yesterday) what a good trip it was, and they are interested in what we did.  We'll be happy to recommend them to IOT.
