1. What do you think of our guide service? Who impress you best and who impress you poorest?
The guides were excellent. They all spoke English well and were able to educate us about their country. We loved all of the tour guides, specifically Sum Suphon in Cambodia. He was so excited to show off his country and was quite knowledgeable.

2. What do you think of our driver service?
Excellent- all of the cars and drivers were courteous and on time.

3. What do you think of the hotel service and their breakfast? Can you please name the best one and the poorest one in your trip?
Excellent again. I love that the hotels include breakfast. The best breakfast was in Hanoi. It was a smaller hotel, so the food was fresh and made to order.

4. Which meal makes you memorable? Please name the reason why you like or dislike it?
I enjoyed the meal in the Mekong River Delta. The atmosphere was great, but the whole fried fish was memorable!

Everything was great. THe hotels, tour guides, food was exactly what we expected, if not more! Your services have been great as well- always responding in a timely manner and answering all of our questions. At times, we were wary of what to expect, but we were always pleasantly surprised and happy. IOT takes the guesswork out of a trip to a place very foreign (especially to us) and made it relaxing and gave us a chance to truly take in the country we were visiting!
