1. Guide Service:
The guide service was great. The guide, Mr Nat, was very knowledgable, service-oriented, helpful and showed a lot of patience and was always on time. I will. Undoubtedly recommend him to my friends that want to visit Thailand

2. Driver Service:
Driver was very efficient, knows the cities very well and was able to find alternate roads to take us on time. Thanks to him, we were always on time despite the high volume of traffic due to the holidays

3. Lunches and Dinners:
All Thai food was delicious but a little bit too spicy sometimes. Mr. Nat always gave us good recommendations that allowed us to know what to order and enjoy.

Here are my answers to your questions.
 

1. Guide Service:
Guide service was very good. If I have to grade them I would give the highest to Ms Tuly (Laos), who did a fantastic job. To grade her just as "excellent" would not make justice to her terrific job. She was "super" excellent.

I have taken two tours in the past couple of months with Indochina Odyssey (one to Thailand in December and the other one to Indochina). Definitely, the tour guide in Thailand (Mr. Nutt) and the one in Laos (Ms. Tuly), were the ones that deserve the highest grades. They deserve a 7 over 5. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, showed a great attitude and definitely, if I recommend some friends to take those tours, I would tell them to request Mr. Nutt and Ms Tuly's services.
 

2. Driver Service:
All of them were very good.
 

3. Hotels & Breakfasts:
Hotel services were very good too. Sokha Angkor (Siemp Riep) and Majestic (Ho Chi Minh) were the best.

4. Lunches and Dinners:
Everything about lunches and dinners was memorable. No complaints, no regrets.

5. Pictures:
I would prefer to keep pictures private.

7. Suggestion to Future Visitors:
I would just suggest to include information about the weather and what are the type of clothing that packs should take with them.
