I have copied your questions to this email, and my feedback to you is as follows:

1. What do you think of our guide service?
On all occasions, the guides that you provided we excellent. They all had a very thorough knowledge of the local area, history and geographical locations of interest. We found them to be extremely professional, providing us all with excellent service and willing to be flexible if we needed to change the daily itinerary.

2. What do you think of our driver service?
The drivers provided were wonderful. Travel to all destinations was very efficient. Vehicles were maintained in an excellent clean state.

3. What do you think of the hotel service and their breakfast?
All hotels were of a very high standard. The breakfasts served were very good, providing enough variety between western style food and Asian style food. I would recommend the Life Heritage Resort in Hoi An to you. We found it to be an excellent hotel very close to the centre of the town and this made walking around HoiAn very easy. In case you have not seen it I have enclosed some photos.

4. Which meal makes you memorable? Please name the reason why you like or dislike it?
Two meals: (A) The meal we actually made in the cooking school at the restaurant in Hoi An (B) The lunch meal served on the Paradise Privilege charter boat on Halong Bay. Bothe were of an exceptional quality, well presented in an excellent dining atmosphere.

Andrew, I would like to congratulate you on the planning of our trip. Your flexibility in the organization, your attention to detail of the itinerary and the provision of excellent drivers and guides at each location made the trip really exceptional. I have provided copies of our itinerary to four other groups of people and strongly recommended that they contact IOT. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU.

Shortly I will contact IOT regarding planning for two additional trips: China and India.
