Saigon Meet guide at the airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Saigon.

Saigon After Breakfast, pick up at the hotel, transfer to visit the Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975. Then take a photo stop at some striking French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office. Continue to visit the War Museum, Ben Thanh market for shopping. Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Saigon.

  • - Saigon - Cu Chi Tunnel
Saigon - Cu Chi Tunnel Leaving Saigon we drive through pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi. Before entering the tunnels we watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. We then drive back to Ho Chi Minh City arriving at approximately 2pm.

  • - Saigon - Cai Be - Can Tho
Saigon - Cai Be - Can Tho We join the Cai Be Princess crusie – Mekong day trip, tour will start with the visit of Cai Be floating market and some local home factories such as rice paste making, rice pop corn, coco candies, and longans drying processing. Continue cruising along the Mekong canals to Dong Hoa Hiep Island located between Vinh Long and Cai Be. Stops on the way can be made upon request for particular visits or photos making. Later we keep continuing to Can Tho for overnight.

Can Tho - Chau Doc Today we visit to a local village which specializes in making bamboo baskets. You will have a unique opportunity to discover a side of Delta life that few travelers experience. Continue on to the nearby Stork Sanctuary where you can see thousands of storks nesting in a beautiful natural environment. Arrive at Chau Doc around lunchtime, enjoying typical rural scenery en route. After lunch, take a walk around the town and see the bustling market, then continue to Sam Mountain, with its breathtaking views over the rice paddies to the Cambodian border. Overnight in Chau Doc.

Chau Doc - Phnom Penh The morning take Hang Chau Express boat at 08:00AM to Phnom Penh arrive at 12:30PM. Our guide will meet at the dock and transfer us to hotel. Free time for the rest of the day. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Phnom Penh - Siem Reap Arriving at Siem Reap you will be transferred to your hotel. We'll start with Angkor Thom. This will include the South Gate, Bayon, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. From here we will move on to visit Ta Prohm for another amazing temple of Siem Reap. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Siem Reap - Angkor Wat Following breakfast this morning, we have a 45 km drive to Bantaey Srei and Bantaey Kdei. In the afternoon, we'll tour the Angkor Wat Temple before making our way to the summit of Phnom Bakheng Temple to watch the sunset. Overnight in Siem Reap.

  • - Siem Reap - Luang Prabang
Siem Reap - Luang Prabang Rising early we'll return to Angkor Wat to witness the dawn of a new day over this ancient land. There will be time for another visit to Angkor Wat or the Land Mine Museum and a stone carving workshop. And then, we have noon flight to Luang Prabang. Upon arriving, our guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Luang Prabang After breakfast, we take a trip with visits to Wat Xieng Thong, the Golden City monastery. We will also visit the fine temple of Wat Mai, Wat Vixoun. Later in the day, we will adjourn to the Phousi Holy Hill to enjoy the excellent views of the town and a great sunset. Free for the rest of the day. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

  • - Luang Prabang - Pak Ou Cave
Luang Prabang - Pak Ou Cave Today we take a trip to the Royal Palace Museum. Afterwards we will visit the morning market and the weaving village Ban Xang Khong. This will be followed by an excursion by boat on the Mekong River to the holy caves of Pak Ou. Along the way, we will have a picnic lunch before returning to Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

  • - Luang Prabang - Vientiane
Luang Prabang - Vientiane This morning is at your leisure in Luang Prabang before transferring to the airport for our short flight south to Vientiane. In the afternoon, our tour includes visits to the major temples of Vat Sisaket, Vat Prakeo and the impressive That Luang Stupa. We will also see the Arch of Triumph and the main market. In the evening, you can enjoy an evening stroll along the banks of the Mekong River. Overnight in Vientiane.

Vientiane - Hanoi Free time and catch flight back to Hanoi. Arriving in Hanoi, our guide will be at the airport to welcome you and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

  • - Hanoi - Lao Cai
Hanoi - Lao Cai Full day city tour Hanoi of Ho Chi Minh Complex, The Temple of Literature, Museum of Ethnology, Ngoc Son Temple, Hoan Kiem Lake and One hour cyclo tour through the Old Quarter. Later we take night train (soft sleeper berth) to Lao Cai at 09.00PM.

  • - Lao Cai - Sapa
Lao Cai - Sapa Early arrive at Lao Cai, transfer to Sapa for refreshment. Today we start by getting some exercise with trek to the hill tribe villages of Cat Cat, Ta Van and Cau May. As we walk to the villages nestled in the valley below Sapa, we will meet some of the local ethnic minority people on their way to and from Sapa. These minority people, including the Red Zao, H'mong and Tay people, walk to Sapa to trade at the markets. Tonight we spend night in our hotel at Sapa town.

  • - Sapa - Lao Cai - Hanoi
Sapa - Lao Cai - Hanoi This morning our exercise involves climbing up Ham Rong Mountain for a panoramic view of Sapa and its environs. After lunch time we drive out of town and commence an hour-long walk to Ta Phin, home to the distinctive Dao (pronounced Zao) community. From here we drive to Lao Cai station for night train back to Hanoi.

  • - Hanoi - Halong Bay
Hanoi - Halong Bay Arrive at Hanoi about 6am. Get to hotel for breakfast and short refresh before departing to Halong. At noon we will be met by the Customer Services Manager and get to our boat. After lunch we have the chance to explore some of the limestone caves dotted around the bay. Then our captain will find a secluded spot where we can swim in the clear water of the bay, soak up the sun on the top deck or try our hand at some kayaking or enjoy a refreshing drink from the bar. Overnight on board.

  • - Halong Bay - Hanoi
Halong Bay - Hanoi Rising to the tranquil beauty of the bay we have time for an early morning dip followed by breakfast. This morning we visit another cave which has spectacular salinities. After the visit to the cave, there will be a chance for a quick swim before an early lunch as we cruise back to the main harbor before transferring to our awaiting vehicle for a 3-hour journey back to Hanoi. We should be back in the capital at around 4pm. Overnight in Hanoi.

Hanoi - Hue We have free time at leisure today. You can walk shopping around the old quarter or get to a market to see people's daily life. In the late afternoon transfer to the airport take flight to Hue, pick up and drive to Hotel. Overnight in Hue.

Hue We begin with a trip to the ancient walled Citadel containing the former Imperial Palace. The Citadel was closely modeled along the lines of the Forbidden City in Beijing. Following this tour of the Emperor's residence is a trip into the surrounding countryside to see the final resting place of the Emperors by visiting two of the most impressive Royal Tombs. In the late afternoon we have a cruise on the Perfume River to see Thien Mu pagoda. Overnight in Hue.

  • - Hue - Hoi An
Hue - Hoi An Transfer to Hoi An via the cloudy Hai Van pass, visit Cham Museum on the way. After lunch our guide will take you on a walk through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting the various Chinese Assembly Halls, Ancestral Homes, the Japanese Covered Bridge and well-preserved Pagodas that make Hoi An a fascinating town. Overnight in Hoi An.

Hoi An - My Son Located 60 km. from Danang, My Son is considered to be one of the best-preserved Cham structures. The attractiveness of My Son is its architectural and structural aspects left the surprising feelings visitors viewed with admiration at the firm wall of bricks without cement or adhesive in between that survived scorching sun, typhoon and torrential rain of tropical forest. On December 1, 2006, UNESCO officially recognized My Son as the heritage cultural site of the World. Overnight in Hoi An.

Hoi An - Nha Trang Take morning flight to Nha Trang. A free beach relaxing day or you can explore the city by getting around seeing some attractions: Oceanographic Institute, Long Son Pagoda, Chong Promontory Rocks and the Po Nagar Temples. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Dalat We begin with a visit to the Lam Ty Ni pagoda then visit the summer palace of Vietnam's last Emperor, Bao Dai Summer Palace. From here we visit the rather bizarre and very aptly named Crazy House, a brightly painted concrete house which winds itself around trees, mimicking their shapes. Lastly we visit a Lat minority peoples' village, where the people live in wooden, thatched huts. Overnight in Dalat.

Dalat - Saigon This morning we leave Dalat and head for the scenic 7 hour drive along Highway 20 to Saigon. We will stop for pictures at the picturesque Ponguar waterfalls, about 15km from the highway. Here you may have the opportunity of having your photo taken next to an elephant! Free time for relaxing at hotel upon reaching the busy Saigon. Overnight in Saigon.
