When you think of Thailand, the unique Floating Market is one of the first images that spring to mind. In the morning,IOT's private guide will take you to see the most authentic of floating markets at Damnoen Saduak . Have an exciting long tail boat ride along the nearby canals to the site of the market, where you will find the locals selling everything you can possibly imagine from their boats. After shopping in the floating market, you'll be taken to the Rose Garden, a beautiful resort area, where you will have lunch.After lunch you will have time to wander around the gardens and the recreated Thai village with lots of interesting and varied handicrafts on display. Make your way to the auditorium in time to get a good seat for an excellent cultural show. The show will give you an idea of the many aspects of Thai life: Thai dancing, wedding and monk ordination ceremonies, kick boxing, sword and long pole fighting, cock fighting, and fingernail dancing. After the show, there is a short demonstration of elephants at work before you return to Bangkok.

- - Bangkok - Sukhothai
After breakfast, travel by a public bus about 8 hours to Sukhothai, the oldest of Thailand's former capitals and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then check in upon arrive. After that, have the rest of your day a free exploration in the city.

- - Sukhothai - Phitsanulok
06:00 An optional early-hour tour to visit the morning market to buy fresh food, which you can donate to the monks who are making their rounds to receive alms from the local people. It is the traditional practice for Thai Buddhists which is a meaningful experience for foreigners. Then back to the hotel for breakfast.A good starting point for exploring the park ruins is Ramkhamhaeng National Museum. A replica of the famous Ramkhamhaeng inscription is kept here among an impressive collection of the Sukhothai artefacts. Then full day sightseeing around the Sukhothai Historical Park, the birthplace of the Thai nation and the country's first capital. Bicycling is the best way to tour the park, for the scattered rocks and pagodas reveal their best at the bright yet not so harsh sunlight. Taking one of your Thailand tours to Sukothai is absolutely worthywhile in your whole Thailand holiday since it is known as Thailand's most influential religious and cultural centre. Have lunch inside the Sukhothai Historical Park.
In the late afternoon, travel by road to Phitsanulok.

- - Phitsanulok - Chiang Mai
Morning sightseeing in Phitsanulok including Wat Mahathat, the local Folk Museum and a Workshop making Buddha images. Have lunch at a nice restaurant.After lunch, followed by an afternoon train to Chiang Mai.

- - Chiang Mai
After breakfast, IOT's private guide will take you to visit the Doi Suthep Temple, where is one of the most sacred temples in Chiang Mai - Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, located on hilltop in Northern-Thai style and containing holy relic of Lord Buddha and enjoy seeing panoramic view of the whole city. After that, drive to the Sankampaeng Hot Springs. Have lunch on the way to the Sankampaeng Hot Springs.After lunch, enjoy a health and well-being time inside the Sankampaeng Hot Springs.The spring is said to cure ailments and rejuvenate the body. The water has a temperature in excess of 100 degrees centigrade and the area is so active that there is ongoing research into how to tap the springs as a potential energy resource. On the way back to Chiang Mai, we continue to visit the Sankampaeng Handicraft Village and Borsang Umbrella and Thai Handicraft Village.

- Day - 7
- - Chiang Mai
Your real adventure begins here. From Chiang Mai travel north to Mae Malai local market and continue to Pang Lan Waterfalls to relax and enjoy lunch before continuing to Huay Nam Dang National Park. After arrive, start trekking deep into the forest for about two hours to the Karen village of Baan Mae Jok. Take a walk around the village before dinner to witness the way of life of the people and their close links to nature.

- - Chiang Mai
After breakfast, trek for about three hours to the Mae Malai Elephant Training Camp, then take an elephant ride for 1 ½ hour to Lahu hilltribe village at Bann Pong Hgan. Lunch at Lahu hilltirbe village. Afternoon, continue the smooth raft along Taeng river for 3 hours to Shan village in Bann Sob Gai. On the way we will stop to visit hilltirbe village. Then going down the streams and rapids. Arrive at Shan village. From here we will get the truck back to Chiangmai.

Breakfast at hotel, embark to the Patara Elephant Farm. It is one of the top ever travel experiences for Thailand tour makers. The day is well paced, lunch is excellent and the photo CD you're given allows you to worry less about your own photography and interact with your elephant. Here is the schedule for your Day of Elephant Owner:
07.30 AM. - Pick up from your hotel and transfer to Patara Elephant Farm.
08.15 AM. - Arrive at the farm. Make registration. Get change to our training outfit. Prepare for training.
08.30 AM. - Training session includes, hiking to find the elephant in the bush. Learn about elephant farm management and our breeding program. Train to approach and be near elephant. Learn to observe elephant temperament. Introducing to every of our elephants. Morning feed. Daily health care for elephant. Pregnancy test for elephant and care taking for mother with small baby. Train to unchain and walk your elephant to the river. Learn about elephant skin care and bath your elephant in the river. Instructed training to get on the elephant neck with difference technique, sitting on the elephant, basic riding skill and spoken commands for elephant Practice on getting upon and coming down from the elephant.
10.00 AM. - Bare-back riding session. Practice on easy riding trip within the farm and a short trip to visit local temple. Learn about elephant the Buddhism and the believe of the Thais people relate to elephant.
11.00 AM. - setting of for a long up hill trip to visit waterfall for picnic lunch and refreshing in the water with your elephant. 14.00 PM. - Elephant riding trip back to the farm for evening feed.
15.00 PM. - Farewell and photo taking with your elephants.
16.00 PM. - Transfer back to your hotel.

- - Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai
Today morning meet the local tour guide then travel to Chiang Rai to visit the White Temple, after that drive to Mae Sai Border, this is not only the most important border market but also it is the easiest way for any tourist who want to visit Myanmar the mystic country (tourist pays immigration fee THB 500.‐ on your own for one day crossing to Myanmar).Later, we make a rest stop at the Golden Triangle in Chiang Sean, where the three borders of Myanamr – Laos – Thailand are met. lunch at local restaurant.In the afternoon, take a long tail boat along the Kok Riveri, on the way, stop to visit at the Long Neck Karen hill tribe villages. Enjoy Chiang Rai's beauty in your own way.
