The bay is like a dream for your Vietnam holiday, isn't it? This morning, you will have breakfast with the marvelous view. Later, a boat will take you back to the shore, from where IOT's private van will drive you back to Hanoi.
In the afternoon, we will take a short city tour visiting Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh and his humble house on stilts. Continue the trip to the famous One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature (Vietnam's first University).

- - Hanoi - Luang Prabang
Enjoy a free morning in Hanoi. At noon, an international flight will fly you across border to Luang Prabang, Laos. Your Indochina tours are about to write a whole new chapter. Check in upon arrival.In the afternoon, we will be walking on the shady sidewalks to Luang Prabang's most famed temple: Wat Xieng Thong, doubtlessly the most magnificant temple in town, representing classic Luang Prabang temple architecture. Wat Visoun, the oldest temple in use with unique architectural features.Wat Aham, chance to see devotees coming to make offerings to the town's most important spirit shrine at the base of the two large banya trees.
At dusk, we will climb up the Phousii Mountain for a peaceful sunset.

You might be feeling drowsy from the warmth of your sleep in the early morning. No sooner has a line of walking monks emerge than you get clear-headed. After giving alms to monks with respect and best hope for them, you will have some free time in town before the flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia.

Today, early in the morning after breakfast in your hotel, IOT's comfortable private van will drive you 45min to the entrance of Angkor Wat Complex, embarking your mysterious Cambodia holiday first in Angkor Wat.
Angkor Wat, literally means City of Temples, was used to hold sacrifices at important ceremonies by king Suryavarman II in the early 12th century. Time lost its track in here and after re-discovery about 150years ago; it has soon become one of the most visited archaeological and artistic sites to all Cambodia tours. Today, under IOT's professional Cambodia tour guide's lead, you will touch every inch and every detail of Angkor Wat. We will finish the tour in Angkor Wat before noon and drive back to Siem Reap downtown for lunch.
beat the heat under the lush trees in Ta Prohm. Hiding itself deep among the canopying trees, Ta Prohm secretly reveals its majesty for those savvy Cambodia tour makers. Ta Prohm, in fact is a brilliant complex of Angkorian architecture and sculpture, including: Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool; Ta Som, built in late 12th century C.E. the most distant temple on the grand circuit, small but classic. Preah Khan Temple, built by the King Jayavarman VII. We will also visit the unique interior brick sculptures of Prasat Kravan, Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei (surrounded by 4 concentric walls) and Ta Keo, constructed in late 10th early 11th century. Finish today's Cambodia tour with a beautiful sunset on the way back to Siem Reap downtown.

This morning, we will focus our Cambodia holiday on Angkor Thom, including Pimeanakas, Baphuon, the Terrace of the Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King and finally, the Bayon, with its mysterious towers and beautiful bas reliefs. We will be back to Siem Reap before lunch.
Leaving Siem Reap in the afternoon, we will be back to Vietnam again. Only this time, you will see another face of this wonderful country that is Ho Chi Minh City.

To get head or tail of Ho Chi Minh City, your Vietnam holiday needs a city tour led by IOT's professional and passionate Vietnam tour guide. Today, we will visit:
Reunification Palace, Jade Emperor Pagoda, Notre Dame Cathedral and Thien Hau Pagoda. Have lunch in a nice restaurant.
In the afternoon, we will make some potter around in Ben Thanh Market before driving to Can Tho.
As we drive, the riverfront live slowly creeps into our view. The Might Mekong sprawls a wide swathe in Southern Vietnam, providing basically everything people need for a living: house, water, food and grand hope for tomorrow.
At Vinh Long pier, a private boat will take you along the natural cannals of Mekong River. Boating over Mekong Delta is always a must for all Vietnam tours.
