Itinerary

• Day 1: International Arrival, Beijing

  Welcome to China! When your flight lands in the Beijing airport, your local guide is ready to meet you there. Then you will be escorted to the hotel. The rest of the day is yours to get rid of jetlag or to ramble around on your own.

• Day 2: Beijing Sightseeing

  In the morning, you will first visit the iconic Tiananmen Square, the world's largest plaza. Followed by the splendid Forbidden City where the then-emperors dwelled. Take a rickshaw to zip through the Hutongs and meet the old-fashion Beijing lifestyle there. The last site to see is Temple of Heaven, where you will marvel at the most impressive temple in the capital. Take a bite of the famous Peking duck for dinner, no regret!

• Day 3: Beijing Sightseeing

  Today you will tour the 8th Wonder of the World, the magnificent Great Wall (Mutianyu section). Later, stroll with a good mood on Sacred Road of Ming Tombs, a royal path noted for vivid stone statues and afterlife stories.

• Day 4: Beijing - Guilin

  After breakfast, you will travel to Guilin by flight. First, take a tour to Elephant Trunk Hill to discover how the hill resembles a colossal elephant drinking from Li River. Then visit the fabulous Reed Flute Cave, which is known as 'a Natural Palace of Art'.

• Day 5: Guilin - Yangshuo

  Chill off on the deck of the Li River cruise today, one of the most beautiful and pristine landscape in China. Along the way, you will see oval green peaks, thriving groves, rice paddies, and grazing water buffaloes, all make you feel like in a traditional Chinese painting. After disembarkation in the early afternoon, transfer to your hotel in Yangshuo.

  Option: In the afternoon, cooking class in a farmer's house is available if you'd like to learn how to make excellent Chinese dishes.

• Day 6: Yangshuo - Guilin - Kunming

  Enjoy the relaxing morning at will by cycling or taking a golf cart tour to the nearby villages. After lunch, head back to Guilin airport for your flight to Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province, also known as 'the City of Eternal Spring'.

• Day 7: Kunming - Dali

  Today, you will visit the Stone Forest (Shilin) before your guide escorts you to the railway station for high-speed train to Dali, a tranquil fairyland well known for its marble buildings and friendly ethnic minority groups. There, you will visit the Three Pagodas, the icon of Dali, Dali Ancient Town, an interesting place to witness what ancient commercial town was like, and Xizhou Town, a lovely village with the cultural experience of Bai people.

• Day 8: Dali - Lijiang

  After breakfast, your guide and driver will drive you to Lijiang, a beautifully preserved ancient Chinese town infused with cultural flavor. When you get there in the afternoon, take an excursion about the ancient town, you'll get into a feeling of stepping back in time.

• Day 9: Lijiang Sightseeing

  You are going to spend the day at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, where there are so many to see. The snow-capped mountain is so big and so clear, just like diamonds embedded into the dark blue sky. 

  Option: enjoy Naxi ancient music in the evening to get an amazing traditional concert experience.

• Day 10: Lijiang - Kunming - Chiang Mai

  Enjoy your free time before flying back to Kunming for your Thailand Flight. Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, your guide and driver will meet and escort you to the hotel for check-in.

• Day 11: Chiang Mai, Play with Elephants

  Today, you will join in Elephant's Day Care at Baan Chang Elephant Park. Around 8:30 - 9:00 am, be picked up by a shuttle bus from your hotel in downtown Chiang Mai and arrive at the park 50 minutes later. There, learn about the background, health care and behavior of the elephants, and enjoy your time feeding, roaming, touching, bathing and playing with them. Meet some baby elephants in a nursery zone as well before returning to the city in the afternoon.

• Day 12: Chiang Mai Free Day

  Just enjoy your free day! Venture out and make the best of your leisure time.

• Day 13: Chiang Mai - Bangkok

  After breakfast at your hotel, you will have some free time before flying to Bangkok. Upon arrival, be met and escorted to your hotel for check-in and leisure for the rest of the day on your own.

• Day 14: Bangkok Tour

  After breakfast, wander around the colorful flower and vegetable market, where you can experience real local life. Continue to explore today's highlight - the majestic Grand Palace. It brings the features of Siamese culture together and adds uniqueness to your Thailand trip. Before getting out of the palace, walk northeast to visit the Wat Phra Kaew containing a beautiful Emerald Buddha.

  Enjoy your delicious lunch and then take a break through a long-tail boat ride along the canal. It is an opportunity to see Thai houses and Thai life. The final stop is the fantastic Wat Arun. Inlaid with colored ceramic decors, it is like a gleaming gigantic jewel box waiting to be opened.

• Day 15: Bangkok - Ayutthaya - Bangkok

  This morning, drive to Ayutthaya, the former capital of Thailand. The first place you'll visit is Bang Pa-In Royal Palace, one of the most beautiful Summer Palaces in Thailand. Afterward, head to Ayutthaya Historical Park for a cultural heritage exploration. Your tour guide will take you to explore the highlights of this park, including Wat Mahathat, Wat Phra Sri Sanphet and Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit.

  After the tour, you will be driven back to Bangkok.

  After breakfast at hotel, you will have some free time before going to the airport for your departure flight.
