Any comments you may have regarding our services are always welcome. 

Please let your local tour guide or travel consultant know as soon as you are dissatisfied with any service Indochina Odyssey Tours has offered to prevent the occurrence of similar issues either before or during your trip. 

If you want to complain or claim compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days upon your finishing of your tour. Please attach relevant receipts and substantiating evidence to the letter of claim. After 15 days have passed since the end of your tour, Indochina Odyssey Tours will not be liable for any claims.
