Vietnam Sapa Exploration Tour

Upon your arrival at the Noi Bai Airport of Hanoi, your local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel; the guide will also brief the tour with you.
The rest of the day will be yours to recover from the jetlag or to step out the city to enjoy your first local taste of Hanoi. Stay overnight in Hanoi.

Leave Hanoi at 8:30 for Halong Bay; arrive at Halong city at about 12:00. Upon arrival, get on a Junk cruising (Huonghai Junk) around Ha Long Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch, passing Dog island, Incense Urn island, Ga Choi island, Finger island, Hoa Cuong Island and visit Surprise Cave and short swimming at Titov beach (if weather permitted). Have dinner on board and enjoy the night fishing. Stay overnight on board (superior private cabin for 2).

In the morning, cruise around Halong Bay including Luon cave, Tortoise Island, Man's head Island, Bo Nau cave. Leisure time for swimming, fishing, photo taking, camping, kayaking. Have dinner and overnight on board (superior private cabin for 2).

In the morning, cruise to Bai Tu long bay, Con Coc island, Con Rong island, Ha Long fishing village, Bai Tho mountain. Have lunch on boat and arrive at Ha long wharf about 12.00 noon. Back to Hanoi by car and end tour at 16:00.
After some break, we will wave "goodbye" to Hanoi, take the night train to the border town, Lao Cai. Stay overnight at soft sleeper private cabin for 2.

It'll probably be a bit of a shock when we rouse you at five in the morning, but breakfast and the crisp fresh air of the mountains will soon wake you up.

Afterwards we take a morning drive through the clouds by car / van to Sapa (about 1.5 hours). When you arrive in Sapa you will be taken to a local restaurant for a morning shower & breakfast. Then we will take short ride from Sapa to our trekking base where we start our trek through terraced rice fields and Hmong villages. Chances to meet and talk with locals working in the fields are plentiful. We will break for a picnic lunch en route then continue trekking to Ta Phin village of the Dao people (about 4 hours). Your Dao host family will warmly welcome you to their traditional home where we will share in an ethnic style dinner and stay the night.

At the first of gleam of daylight, you will see and hear the sounds of morning village life. You can join them in some of their activities, like feeding the animals, cleaning the houses, gardening or preparing breakfast. After breakfast, we will complete our trek on valley route to the main road (about 2.5 hours) linking Lao Cai and Sapa. Alternatively, for this long trek, you can choose take a short morning wander around the village for about 1 hour, resulting in more time spent with the host family and other villagers. For both options, you will be supported by our car/van back to Sapa (30 min). When we arrive back in Sapa we will check in to the hotel, shower, and break for lunch. At 2:30 pm we will visit the gardens of beautiful Ham Rong Mountain & take part in a traditional ethnic music performance put on by the ethnic minority people. Then return at your own leisure with free time to discover the secrets of this colorful town. Stay overnight at the hotel in Sapa town.

Get up early for breakfast, check out of the hotel, and then drive to Bac Ha market (106 km). Just before reaching the market we will see colorful activity, beautiful flower Hmong people carrying handcrafted products or pulling dogs or buffalos, all on their way to the market. You are free to wonder around the market and become a part of the trading activities. Please be respectful to the locals as they are reluctant to have their photo taken without permission. You can have lunch at one of the market stalls inside the market for more of a traditional taste. In the afternoon, we transfer to Lao Cai town. Dinner here on your own before boarding the train at 8:15 pm back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi at about 5:00 am.

On your arrival at the train station of Hanoi, which is very early in the morning, around 5 am, we will meet you and take you to have breakfast, afterwards we will drive to the airport to take your flight to Nha Trang (without tour guide), on your arrival at the Cam Rang airport of Nha Trang, the local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day will be yours to be at leisure & rest. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.

PS. On your arrival at the train station, we would arrange a 3 star hotel for you to rest & shower until the transfer to the airport to take your flight to Nha Trang.

Today's tour begins with the visit to the Vietnam Oceanographic Institute. Afterwards, we will visit Long Son Pagoda, Chong Promontory Rocks and the Po Nagar Temples. We end the tour after the visit the local Dam Market. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.

Nha Trang Mud bathing tour (1/2day)
The tour begins with biking from your hotel to Thap Ba hotspring center via beach side road. Relax and gain your health in Mud bathing and Minerals Springs swimming. After that, Bike back to your hotel through Nha Trang Street to observe local Nha Trang's life. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.

After 2 hour drive and 30 minutes'speed boat, we will arrive at the beautiful & quiet Whale Island.

For the next three days we will enjoy this Whale Island Resort, which is in the middle of nowhere. It's an ideal place to escape from the hustle & bustle of city life. It is the place that you just hear the sound of ocean and wild life. It's pristine transparent water and offshore corral reef is great to go for swimming, snorkeling or scuba diving.
The downside is no TV and no Telephones on a second thought, who need them on a tropical island?

Time to leave this beautiful island; the Whale Island staff will take care of your transfer from the resort to the airport. Flight from Nha Trang to Hanoi. On your arrival, the transfer will be waiting for you, and escort you to your hotel. Stay overnight in Hanoi.

Today's tour begins with the Ho Chi Minh President Mausoleum and Museum. Afterwards we will visit One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc Pogada and the Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam. The rest of the day will be yours to do some shopping or whatever at your preference. In the evening, you will enjoy the Water Puppet Show and very typical dinner in the Old Quarter. Stay overnight in Hanoi.

Free at leisure until your private transfer to the airport to take your flight. End of tour.
