Free Wi-Fi to Be Available in Six Thai Airports

Free Wi-Fi will be available in all terminals of six international airports in Thailand from April 2014 for the convenience of all passengers and also for service standards improvement.

These six international airports, namely Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok, Mae Fah Luang International Airport and Chiang Mai International Airport in North Thailand, Hat Yai International Airport and Phuket International Airport in southern Thailand, are operated by Airports of Thailand (AOT) which handles several national airports in Thailand.

Passengers in all terminals of these airports can soon enjoy free Wi-Fi access after choosing the "AOT Free Wi-Fi by True Move H" network and registering a username and password with their ID number or passport number (for foreign passengers).

Provided by AOT in cooperation with True Corporation, a communication conglomerate in Thailand, the free Wi-Fi can be accessed for two hours each day with the top speed being 10 Mbps.
