About This Trip

This seven-day excursion is ideal for photography enthusiasts who want a taste of Myanmar's top attractions in a short amount of time. Beginning your vacation in Yangon with a visit to the Shwedagon Pagoda at sunset, when it is illuminated by brilliant lights, you will then travel to the ancient city of Bagan, where you will spend a morning cycling among the magnificent temples, stupas, and pagodas for a peaceful experience. Continue your journey to the picturesque Inle Lake for a leisurely boat trip to view the floating gardens and villages, as well as learn about the traditional leg-rowing fishing technique practiced by the local Intha people.

Day 1: International Arrival, Yangon
Upon arrival in Yangon, your tour guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. After a short rest, you will go to visit Shwedagon Pagoda and try to catch the fabulous sunset there. You will also have a chance to watch the color changing over 8 tons of gold leaf.

Day 2: Yangon City Tour
Today, you will explore the city of Yangon from the Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda and Sule Pagoda. After a stroll at the Maha Bandoola Park to see colonial-style high court and city hall, head to the lively Indian Town and China Town.
In the afternoon, you will visit Bogyoke Aung San Museum and pay a stroll along the bank of Inya Lake.

Day 3: Yangon - Bagan
Fly to Bagan in the morning. Upon your arrival, start to visit the Nyaung U Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, Kyansitha Umin where you can see the mural painting on its wall. Continue to Htilominlo Temple, one of the large temples in Bagan.
After lunch, continue sightseeing to Nat Taung Kyaung Monastery, located in the vicinity of Taung-bi village. Your tour today will end at one of the viewing mounds for a stunning sunset view.

Day 4: Bagan Sightseeing
After breakfast, you will have a cycling tour (or horse ride tour) at old Bagan area to Ananda Temple as you like. Afterward, you will have photo tour to those distinguish temples, including Thatbyinnyu Temple, Nanpaya Temple, Manuha Temple, and Myingaba Gu Byaukgyi Temple. Continue to Myinkaba Village where you might get some knowledge of the local lives.
In the afternoon, you will continue to visit Ananda Temple. Your day ends at Pyatthat Gyi Temple with a unique sunset view.

Day 5: Bagan - Heho - Inle Lake
After breakfast, fly to Heho and then drive around 1 hour to the pier for a private boat to your hotel in Inle Lake for check-in and have a short rest.
Later, visit the Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, one of the famous principal shrines in Myanmar. Continue to visit silk weaving on wooden handlooms and local blacksmiths workshops. After the tour, return to your hotel and enjoy the sunset view from the outlook sitting.

Day 6: Inle Lake Discovery
The whole day sightseeing to Inle Lake includes a local market and Indein Village, the western end of the Lake. The boat takes you through a long channel where you watch the farmers cultivate their produce. This ride is one of the most scenic boat tours on Lake Inle.
Afternoon back to the hotel and the rest day is at leisure, just relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere.
