Manila & Boracay Beach Vacation

Itinerary

• Day 1: Arrival - Manila

  Open your vacation in Manila, the capital of the Philippines. Your local guide will greet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel in a private vehicle. The rest of the day is at your leisure.

• Day 2: Manila - Tagaytay - Manila

  Take a scenic drive south to Tagaytay on a mountain ridge at about 600 meters above sea level. Once here, you'll enjoy the spectacular views of Taal Lake and its namesake Volcano. Enjoy lunch coupled with a panoramic view of the lake and the volcano.

  After that, proceed to the town of Taal. Follow your tour guide to walk through the town, soaking up the heritage structures dating from the Spanish colonial period. The tour will include Casa Punzalan, the Basilica of Saint Martin, the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Caysasay, and so on.

  Return to the hotel for the night after the tour.

• Day 3: Manila City Sightseeing

  The sightseeing tour today will show you the old and new in Manila. Get a glimpse of the lifestyle of Manila during the Spanish Colonial era at Casa Manila Museum. Right across the street is the ancient San Agustin Church, the only structure left intact in Intramuros during World War Ⅱ. From here, you will ride a horse-drawn carriage to the Manila Cathedral and then walk a few minutes to Fort Santiago. Stroll around the Rizal Shrine, its plazas, barracks, and various dungeon cellblocks to touch the history of that time. You will also tour the bizarre Chinese Cemetery, Quiapo marketplace, and vibrant Chinatown.

  Return to the hotel for refreshments after the tour and then spend the rest of the day at Makati, the modern, cosmopolitan district of Manila full of upscale shopping malls and restaurants.

• Day 4: Manila - Boracay

  Take a morning flight to Boracay, a resort island with 4-kilometer pristine white beaches.

  Upon arrival, check into the hotel and get into beach vacation mode.

• Day 5: Boracay, Day at Leisure

  Today is yours to enjoy this beautiful island at your own pace. Despite being only about 7 km long and 1 km wide, the island hosts 17 beaches including the famous White Beach. You can lounge on the soft sand of White Beach, go on an island hopping tour, or join in some thrilling activities, like kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling.

  Time to say goodbye! At the appointed time, be transferred to the airport to catch your flight to Manila, from where you can connect to your international flight back home.
