Itinerary

• Day 1: Arrival, Bangkok

  Welcome to Bangkok, the capital of Thailand! Upon arrival, you'll be escorted to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to recover from the jet lag or explore this city on your own.

• Day 2: Bangkok

  After breakfast, wander around the colorful flower and vegetable market, where you can experience real local life. Continue to explore today's highlight - the majestic Grand Palace. It brings the features of Siamese culture together and adds uniqueness to your Thailand trip. Before getting out of the palace, walk northeast to visit the Wat Phra Kaew containing a beautiful Emerald Buddha.

  Enjoy your delicious lunch and then take a break through a long-tail boat ride along the canal. It is an opportunity to see Thai houses and Thai life. The final stop is the fantastic Wat Arun. Inlaid with colored ceramic decors, it is like a gleaming gigantic jewel box waiting to be opened.

• Day 3: Bangkok - Ayutthaya - Bangkok

  After breakfast, drive to Ayutthaya for a day excursion. Bang Pa-In Summer Palace will be your first stop. You can stroll inside the royal summer resort and enjoy its lovely scenery. Later, head to the UNESCO World Heritage Site - Ayutthaya Historical Park. There are fewer crowds with beautiful scene and brilliant history. Wat Mahathat is an amazing sight you cannot miss it. Wander around it, and take photos with the fantastic stone Buddha head growing within the tree. Move on to Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, and learn about the Thai history behind it. Don't forget to visit Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit for its huge bronze Buddha image.

  When the tour ends, you will be driven back to your hotel in Bangkok.

• Day 4: Bangkok - Chiang Mai

  Take your flight to Chiang Mai in the morning. After check-in and a short rest in your hotel, drive along the winding road to the gate of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, and then you will climb 309 steps to enter the temple. Here you can enjoy the shiny architecture as well as the stunning views of the whole city down below.

• Day 5: Baan Chang Elephant Park, Chiang Mai

  This morning, visit Baan Chang Elephant Park to enjoy an Elephant's Day Care activity. Leaving the hotel at around 8:30 to 9:00 by shuttle bus you will reach the park in around 50 minutes. In this ethical and sustainable park, you will learn about the elephants and can touch, bathe and play with them as well as preparing their lunch after enjoying you own. Before returning to Chang Mai you will meet some baby elephants in their own nursery area.

• Day 6: Making Thai Food, Chiang Mai

  Before the Thai cooking class starts, you will be transferred to a local market to buy fresh ingredients and have an interesting tour there. After that, make an authentic Thai cuisine by following your teacher, a selected chef. Enjoy lunch including your excellent work. The rest half day is free for you to relax at the hotel or go out for exploring the city on your own.

• Day 7: Chiang Mai - Koh Samui

  Spend some leisure time before checking out for the flight to Koh Samui. Upon arrival, your guide will take you to your hotel. After check-in, the rest of the day is free for you to have a rest or start your adventure on your own.

  You will have three free days for exploring Koh Samui on your own. Enjoy the fantastic views this paradise island offers, from picturesque beaches with emerald waters to dense jungle.
