Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City, Arrival
Welcome to Vietnam! On arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, your guide and driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is yours to relax or head out into the city for a little adventure on your own.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City Tour
Today, start with a visit to the Tan Dinh Church, Central Post Office, Reunification Palace and War Remnants Museum. Later, drive to Cholon (China Town) where you will see Thien Hau Pagoda built for the Chinese sea goddess Thien Hau. End the tour at Ben Thanh Market for some shopping.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Can Tho
Head for My Tho to take a boat trip on Tien River, visit My Tho fish market and four islands. Later, ride a cart along one of the most beautiful villages to Mr. Muoi Hai's House to enjoy honey tea. You'll also have the opportunity to row on a sampan along the canals of Mekong River. In the afternoon, take a private vehicle to Can Tho. Upon arrival, enjoy some leisure time on your own.

Day 4: Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang - Hoi An
Today, you'll have a boat cruise on the glittering streams along the endless waterway of the mighty Mekong River to Cai Rang Floating Market before heading back for Ho Chi Minh City for your flight to Da Nang. Upon your arrival, be met at the airport and then be escorted to Hoi An (about 40 minutes) by private car.

Day 5: Hoi An Sightseeing
Spend the full day to discover the daily life of handicraft house and Tra Que village in Hoi An. Around 8:30 am, you'll ride a bicycle to the home of a craftsman in an old street, to discover the daily life of Hoi An people and see how they make lanterns, also with a chance to make your own lantern and keep it as a souvenir.
After lunch at a local restaurant, cycle to Tra Que Vegetable Village, experience a day of living and working with the local farmers in this village. You will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. You can also enjoy activities such as raking, sowing, watering greens, picking greens, etc. before biking back to your hotel.
Note: If you don't feel like biking, you can take a car instead.

Day 6: Hoi An - My Son Sanctuary - Hoi An
In the morning, visit the My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO site that is a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 70 architectural works. Later, get back to Hoi An.
This afternoon, you'll get a real feel for this tiny town by taking a light excursion to the 400-year-old Japanese Bridge, renowned Chinese Temple, and former Vietnamese merchant's House. Your guide will tell you all the stories behind these historical relics.

Day 7: Hoi An - Da Nang - Hanoi
If you like, visit the local tailors on your own, whose clothing-making skills will stun you. In the afternoon, be transferred to Da Nang airport for your flight to Hanoi.

Day 8: Hanoi - Halong Bay
Today, start your Halong Bay cruise trip with a 3.5 hours' scenic drive from Hanoi to this World Heritage site, where you can see nearly 2,000 limestone islands dot the sea and traditional sampans and junks sail the glinting water, grottos, thick forests, and hidden coves. It will be a real ocean adventure! A variety of optional activities on board like kayaking, swimming, diving will definitely add more fun to this trip.

Day 9: Halong Bay - Hanoi
Continue your unforgettable Halong Bay cruise and enjoy brunch. After that, disembark the ship and meet your private driver who will transfer you back to Hanoi.

Day 10: Hanoi Sightseeing
After breakfast, begin your visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Next stop is One Pillar Pagoda before you head for the Temple of Literature. Stroll through the Old Quarter for some great fun. Add brilliance to your trip by attending a water puppet show in the afternoon, a fabulous experience for all visitors to Vietnam.

Day 11: Hanoi - Shanghai
After breakfast, you will bid farewell to Vietnam and start your China adventure. After arrival in Shanghai, be picked up and transferred to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at your leisure.
Optional: If you are interested, watch an acrobatics show in the evening and appreciate the performers' breath-taking skills.

Day 12: Shanghai Sightseeing
Today, you will first visit the Bund, and then have some leisure time at Yu Garden, Yuyuan Market, and Jiangnan Silk Workshop. In the afternoon, you will be driven to the Jinmao Tower to get a bird's eye view of Shanghai City, followed by a visit to Tianzifang.

Day 13: Shanghai - Xi'an
You will be free on this day until your personal guide escorts you to the airport for your flight to the next destination. Upon arriving in Xi'an, your local guide will meet you at the airport and take you to visit the Hanyang Tomb before taking you to your hotel.
Optional: By evening, attend a traditional dumpling banquet while being entertained by a performance of music and dance inherited from the Tang Dynasty.

Day 14: Xi'an Memory
Start the day by visiting the Ancient City Wall, one of the world's largest city walls. Later, embrace the highlight of your Xi'an tour - the incredible Terracotta Warriors with more than 8,000 life-size soldiers and a great legend behind it. Return to downtown Xi'an, stop off for a glimpse at the Art Ceramics Factory and Lacquer Exhibition.

Day 15: Xi'an - Beijing
After breakfast at your hotel, visit the Great Mosque, one of China's largest mosques, and Muslim Street to admire exotic religious architectures and Muslim culture. In the afternoon, fly to your last destination - Beijing. Maybe you can try the local delicacy Peking Duck for dinner at your own expense.

Day 16: Beijing Fun
On this day, you will first visit Tiananmen Square and Chairman Mao's Mausoleum. After that, hold your breath at the Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven, which will give you an insight into what Chinese imperial life is like.
Optional: Watch the Legend of Kung Fu Show in the evening. It's visually stunning with a great storyline and martial arts skills.

Day 17: Beijing Great Wall Tour
No Beijing tour is complete without a visit to the Great Wall. Today, you will visit the magnificent Great Wall (Mutianyu section, round-trip cable car included), the 8th Wonder of the World. Later, take a leisure stroll along the Sacred Road of Ming Tomb, a royal path noted for vivid stone statues and afterlife stories.

Day 18: Beijing, Departure
After breakfast, you will have a tour of the Summer Palace, the largest and most well-preserved royal park in China. Later, your tour guide will escort you to the airport for your departure flight.
